Although it is That Most Wonderful Time of the Year, Covid-19 is continuing to affect our Yuletide activities here in Riverview. Our Santa Claus activity initially planned as a parade became a meet Santa Claus activity at Matt Kroll Park, has now been cancelled in its entirety.
The Matt Kroll Park activity was organized prior to the recently announced covid-19 restrictions released by Alberta Health which now do not allow any outdoor gatherings.
A house decorating contest is in the works with details expected early next week.
